This is my latest, and last ever bill from Click Energy Australia. This company decided that it was OK to increase my rates across the board between 22% and 86% (depending on tariff) for a weighted increase in rates of 58%. This is unbelievable! What is worse, the company didn’t even tell me the prices were going up. So I got 7 days at the old rate and 81 days at the new rate before I got the bill.
I am now a happy Energy Australia customer. The staff were fantastic and everything is completely transparent.
If you are a click customer, maybe you should consider moving too.
