I work for a global company and have a lot of business meetings with people all around the world. I found a really good website to help plan the meeting times http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
You select the date and the cities you need, and it displays a list of potential meeting times.
There is an easy way, and a not so easy way to use this tool.
1. You can save the web page link ie http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html, but the trouble is you have to add the cities each time you visit.
2. You can save the link to the results page ie http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html?day=4&month=2&year=2012&p1=25&p2=240&p3=248&p4=102&iv=0
This is better, because each time you visit the link, the cities are there, but you have to change the date every time.
The best way to save the link to this site is first of all select your cities and display the results, then manually remove the date string from the URL, and save this new URL. Instead of saving this in your favourites….
You should save this
Just manually edit the URL in the address bar to remove the day=, month = and year = information. That way, every time you visit the link, your cities are still there with today’s date. 🙂
